Condition details:
middle pages 33-36 are loose/separated from spine staples,  no other loose pages,  pages 8-11 have a good amount of oil/grease staining (see pics),  1 1/2" x 2 1/2" oil/grease stain on pages 50-51,  light wrinkling to front cover,  heavier wrinkling and some creasing to back cover,  small writing bottom of front cover,  writing at top of page 9,  small 1/4" cover tear at top of spine,  small tears at top of page 8,  small creases and/or small surface stains on several pages,  mailing address stamp on back cover,  100% complete with no missing pages,  all 6 order forms still intact
