***We have owned & used this lift for approx. 5 years and have used it in our machinery operation, it has picked up various machines over the years some over 30K and is a strong lift. The motor runs good but there is a knock when it is cold and after it warms up noise goes away. We have replaced the master brake cylinder and brake lines when we first purchased and have maintained it regularly , oil changes, etc..
